This token is deprecated, it has since been replaced by the give command, which all players spawn with.

The power tool will transfer 25 power from one player to another in addition to healing them. If two players are using the power tool on each other they can heal each other without losing any power. Two players can also use the power tool to regenerate power above the normal regeneration cap of 25 by having one player wait until he reaches 25 power and then transferring it to another player and repeating this process; although it is probably easier to just respawn or pick up power pods.
